Privacy Policy

What we collect. If you submit the quote form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, property ZIP code, what you need, and — on the realtor form — an optional closing date. We don't require accounts and we don't collect payment information. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam ("honeypot") field that real visitors never see or fill in.

How it's used. Quote requests are shared with FDACS-licensed WDO inspection companies that serve your area so they can contact you with pricing — that is the purpose of the form, and by submitting it with the consent box checked you agree to be contacted by them. We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies & analytics. This site sets no cookies. If we measure traffic at all, we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying you. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Company listings. Listing data comes from public sources: the FDACS pest control license registry and public Google Maps business information. To correct or update a listing, use the contact page.

Retention & removal. Quote requests are retained for our records of referrals. To have your information deleted, email us via the contact page and we'll remove it.
